Mr. Wainaina Kenyanjui is a senior executive with over twenty (20) years’ experience in leadership, management, and entrepreneurial practice. Mr. Kenyanjui has served in a senior management position for over five (5) companies and provided leadership that has resulted in exemplary company performance. As founder and Chairman of Africa REIT, he has directed strategic and successfully led high level fundraising efforts and completed residential and commercial property developments of combined contract values of over Ksh. 3.5B.
Most recently, he spearheaded efforts to establish a joint venture company, Kikuyu MIH Project, with Pan African Housing Fund that is developing 66-unit apartment home complex with contract value of nearly Ksh. 300M. Mr Kenyanjui also sits on the Board of the largest leading insurance company in South Sudan. He is part of the Company’s development of the first Class A commercial office block worth over USD 20M.
Previously, Mr. Kenyanjui has also served as a Board Member in the Privatization Commission (Kenya) during the divestiture of Government ownership in public assets and was part of the team that presided over the 25 years concession deal to Rift Valley Railways Consortium. Mr. Kenyanjui has a commitment to professional development and maintains affiliation with the Kenya Chamber of Commerce and Industry, American Chamber of Commerce in Kenya, and Kenya Property developers Association.
